HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in Human Resources. Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking databases
• Support employer branding and talent outreach activities
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative
• Familiar with recruitment tools is a plus
